đ Meme of the day
Before the heat: To the 213 new readers since my last email welcome to the WAW fam! Weâre over 38k strong đ

Have you always wanted to start investing in real estate, but don't have $100k lying around? Donât worry youâre not aloneâŚ
I recently came across this company called âArrivedâ - they allow you to invest in real estate for a fraction of the cost. (Think $100 and you can own real estate!)
They do all the work on finding profitable properties
They deal with all the maintenance, upkeep, cleaning, etc.
They take care of all the legal jargon
All you have to do is buy shares of a home⌠kind of like a stock. And every quarter theyâll pay you on your investment!
Itâs a great way to get exposure to real estate without having to put a lot of money down.
Even if youâre not ready right now at least subscribe to their emails that way you can see potential deals that become available! (Itâs completely free)

THERE'S BIG MONEY IN DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY
A lot of realtors are good at selling homes but not so good when it comes to photography. Especially drone photography, which studies have shown sells homes 68% faster.
Drone photos don't only look cool, they allow buyers to get a better understanding of what the property looks like, its dimensions, and the surrounding area.
Residential is one.
The other is commercial properties - think hotels and resorts. Both are huge opportunities where most realtors still donât understand or have someone to do this for them.
How much can you make selling drone photos/videos?
An average house photoshoot costs $150 - $400. You can charge something similar. Or more if youâre also providing video. Do just one home on the weekends and that's an extra $600 - $1,600 a month.
It doesnât take many clients to start making good money.
And if youâre able to get a hotel to say yes to your beautiful drone shots showing the ocean and beach - you can charge thousands for a single shoot.

GETTING STARTED IS PRETTY EASY TOO - HEREâS THE 3 STEPS:
1. Get a drone
If you donât already have one. This will be the most expensive part.
A good drone like a DJI Mini Pro 3 will cost you $759. This drone shoots in 4k video and has a 48MP camera (which is really good for a drone).

It can also easily fit in your backpack, which is nice if youâre traveling.

Once youâve got the drone do some test flights. The last thing I want is you crashing it into a building (speaking from experience).

2. Get your certifications
Where youâre allowed to fly your drone will depend on your state and city laws. The FAA doesnât mess around when it comes to drones handing out heavy fines if you donât abide by the laws, especially in big cities like New York.
Luckily, becoming a commercial drone pilot is relatively straightforward. Youâll need to pass the FAAâs Part 107 exam, which lets you fly in any state (while following their laws). This costs $175.
Once youâve done that, thereâs a $5 fee to register your drone and youâre ready to get flying!
3. Get clients
The easiest way to get realtors and commercial property owners to buy your work is to come to them with the finished product.
Donât just ask if you can take drone shots of their property - do it and show them what theyâre missing out on.
Maybe you even offer one free video for the first go-round and then charge for any pictures/videos after that. Anything to get your clientele rolling.
Itâs going to be hard for a realtor to say no if you provide beautiful drone shots of the property and even specifically mark where the property line starts and ends - something that Iâve seen become more popular on Zillow as of late.

The other route you can go is commercial.
Many smaller hotels and buildings donât have drone operators on site to include these drone shots on their websites.
If I were a hotel in a prime location, Iâd want to showcase this on my website to lure in more guests. Scour for hotels that havenât done this and come to them with stunning drone photos/videos they can easily put on their website the same day!
And thatâs all Iâve got. If you have any questions reply to this email and Iâll get back to you! And let me know your thoughts below!đ

I can see exactly what millionaires are buying in the stock market
No joke - I've been using Public for over 3 years now and it's changed how I invest. Instead of guessing what stocks to buy, I can literally see what successful investors are adding to their portfolios and copy their moves.
I bought the same tech stock as this famous investor last month and I'm already up 8%! (This "social investing" feature is seriously a cheat code)
Why I'm obsessed:
Zero fees - they don't take a cut of your money
Start with just $1 - buy portions of expensive stocks like Amazon
Simple - even my tech-challenged dad figured it out
Double bonus right now: Deposit just $1 using code "FAARES20" and you'll get $20 in free stocks from Public + I'll personally send you $10 cash when you send me your confirmation screenshot.
That's $30 free just for trying it! Grab your free money here â
That's a wrap ladies & gents!
